Equity
Equity: This class covers properties that are let to tenants on rental that remit dues weekly, monthly or on quarterly basis. These includes office buildings, apartment buildings, condos, residential and shop centres. The Company pays out profit to Investment holders in this class weekly, monthly or on quarterly basis. Investment placements accepted in this class of properties in the pool is accepted between $199.99 - $34999.99, with a 2.5% profit return on the seventh day from the date of investment. This is spread over the 7 days as 0.3572% PD.
